Hard reset (ripristina le impostazioni iniziali cancellando tutti i dati della memoria interna): *#7370#

Hard format (cancella e ripristina tutto, ma proprio tutto tutto a parte la memoria esterna): spegnere il telefono, premere CHIAMATA, *, 3 e, contemporaneamente, accendere il telefono.
